: The staff was rude. The room was dirty and had a hard time locking the door to the room!

: Liked the firm mattress.
: Looks a lot older. Was charged $6 more than was confirmed. Cable did not work . Smoke alarm was not there . Light over bathroom sink stopped working. Bathroom light over shower had no cover . Heater/AC worked but was very old. Light switch at door no cover .

: The bed was great the environment was great nice staff had no problems wit anyone
: The shower was broken only hot hot water came out boiling hot the ac was not cold it was like room temperature the tv remote did not work

: I was only able to stay on my room for about 30 minutes total or so. After being there only a short time I had a lot of bug bites all over both my ankles. The room was not fully sanitized and beverages from the previous person who stayed in that room were still in the refrigerator. The manager was very rude to me and totally dismissive of the lack of cleanliness considering we are in the middle of a pandemic. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to enjoy my stay there, and it was just a very bad experience overall.
